Project Libros is a nonprofit dedicated to expanding access to literature for children in foster care, migrant children, and underserved communities. Our mission is to empower futures, one book at a time.
Where do you work?
Our work focuses on children across the United States and Latin America. Our next project supports an orphanage in Oaxaca, Mexico, with books and educational materials.
What kinds of donations can I make?
We welcome financial gifts and donations of new or gently used books. Financial gifts help purchase books, support literacy initiatives, and cover operating costs. Please contact us before sending books so we can coordinate the details.
How can I volunteer?

Donated funds help us purchase books, cover operational expenses, and support initiatives that promote literacy among children facing barriers to access.
